Collection of School Graduation Certificate (SGC) for Class of 2024

Collect your SGC folder from the General Office between 12 March and 7 June 2025. Bring your ID, or a proxy authorisation letter if someone is collecting on your behalf.

Dear Class of 2024 Express & NT students,
You may collect your SGC folders from 12 March 2025 to 7 June 2025, on Mondays to Fridays (except PH), between 9 am to 4pm from the General Office.
Please be reminded to do your registration at the Security Guard house before entering the school compound. Please bring along your identification card/Student Pass for identity verification.
For collection by proxy, please bring along the following documents,
a) Candidate's Original identity card (IC)/Student Pass
b) Proxy's Original Identity card
c) An authorization letter from the Candidate furnished with the following information:
- Year of Exam -Exam Level (e.g 'O' Level)
- Types of certificates (e.g School Graduation Cert)
- Name and Identity Number of Candidate -Name and Identity Number of Proxy
For NA students, we will update when your SGC is ready for collection.
